Saint Paul, MN (IBNN NEWS/July 30, 2011)…IBNN NEWS has obtained a copy of the letter and report send to the Federal Highway Administration that outlines state highway contracts awarded by the Minnesota Department of Transportation.
IBNN NEWS received a copy of the letter and report from MnDOT watchdog Springboard Economic Development Corporation who’s executive director Lennie Chism have uncovered and ongoing pattern of racism, bigotry and benign neglect for following federal regulations as it pertains to the DBE program and what it means for people of color to have the “opportunity” to work on Minnesota’s roads, highways and bridges – DBE or not!
IBNN NEWS provides this documented proof at the request of over 40 emails and dozens of telephone calls.
