The Men of Omega Psi Phi (ΩΨΦ), will host a 5K Run/Walk on July 7, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. – this event is open to the public and will support Omega’s Health Initiative. The cost for the event is $25 per participant and pets are also welcome!
The Route:
The 5K (3.1 miles) will begin at the Atrium at the Minneapolis Convention Center; 2nd Ave. South that turns into E. Grant Street. Then you will travel through Loring Park and over the Hennepin/Lyndale Avenue Pedestrian Bridge. The halfway point will take you along Kenwood Pkwy. Once you get to the 1.6-mile point, you turn around and return to the Convention Center.

Omega Psi Phi does not seek members; quality men seek Omega Psi Phi. A man who successfully completes the membership selection process will immediately have access to a brotherhood of men who share similar ideals and aspirations. Those who seek admission will learn the history of the fraternity from a historical perspective, written test and personal accounts. Successful applicants will have a strong presence at the college, university or graduate chapter where they gain admission, but he will also become a part of an international organization known worldwide.
