The horrible story of the St. Paul Urban League’s demise – an IBNN NEWS Exclusive Report

National Urban League president Mark Morial. We feel like he thinks, “To hell with you other Negros, I’m living large!”

The National Urban League turned it’s greedy back on the St. Paul Urban League in its most venerable moment. So did the Minneapolis Urban League, African American Leadership Forum and the Minneapolis Chapter of the NAACP.  National Urban League President Mark Morial  and his executive staff eat at the finest restaurants; stay in the best hotels and lives like a king while Urban Leagues around the United States are closing, or in total chaos much like the Minneapolis and St. Paul Urban League’s. This is what happens when the mission to serve the middle-class changes its focus to America’s poor Black communities. History tells us, the Urban League and the Black Church were the backbone of Black America. The Urban League’s original focus was to assist the Black middle-class to achieve economic success so they could serve, hire and employee the lower one-third of the community. If there was ever a time to change the way Black folks operate – it’s now!
