The goal of IBNN is to provide a different view of the local, national and global news and events that happen in the Black communities around the world. IBNN's expectations are to provide a level of coverage and investigative reporting not seen on local mainstream media, while covering Politics, Education, Money, Business, and Community events. In 2008 at  the grand opening of Aldi's on Penn and Lowry Avenue North, Minneapolis mayor R.T.
